Reflexion Total Control:

Reflexion Total Control is a managed email security service that provides email users with unprecedented control over access to their inbox.  Total Control does this by blocking unwanted spam mail and viruses while providing assurance of delivery for wanted mail, both incoming and outgoing.  This service also includes Address-on-the-Fly™, a revolutionary way of preventing spam mail through dynamic e-mail addressing.   

RADAR and RADAR Lite

RADAR is a managed email archiving service that operates in conjunction with your existing IT network to ensure the protection, preservation and continuous operation of email communication for your business, while providing on-demand e-mail access for users anywhere and anytime.  RADAR Lite provides a rolling 30-day archive (archives will only be available for the previous 30 days) at a reduced cost whereas the full RADAR service provides unlimited archiving.   

Reflexion Web Security:

A multi-level inbound and outbound internet traffic filter for your network.  Filters can be managed per user, group of users or network-wide.  The service can be customized to block anything and everything your business determines as unauthorized web services (i.e. Instant Messaging clients, alternate web browsers, video chat), harmful sites or malicious content.

Carbonite Backup:

Carbonite is a completely automatic online backup solution which provides the user with secure unlimited remote data backup.  New features include a remote access system for securely accessing a user’s backed up files from anywhere. 

BigTime:

A complete system—custom fitted to your industry—for tracking time expenses, project/account plans, customers, contacts, calls, meetings, messages and more.  BigTime can be customized to integrate seamlessly with the QuickBooks software  and provides online access to the software for users, allowing time and records to be continuously updated from anywhere—not just within your network. 

pcAnywhere Host/Remote:

pcAnywhere allows for remote access to office machines from outside of the office network.  Employees can securely access their workstations, log on and see their desktop as if they were sitting in front of it—from anywhere with internet access!  We also offer host only options for workstations to allow us to more efficiently diagnose problems remotely.

As a service, we offer support calls for all of our current clients.  Calls will be answered in a timely fashion and our Tech staff is more than willing to remotely diagnose and answer all of your system needs.
